      My trick is to record myself. I listen for fillers and adjust my tone. I treat it like performance practice.

      created flashcards with common questions and practiced daily for 2 weeks. It made my responses smoother and boosted my confidence a ndd I always use the STAR format. I write 4–5 examples and practice them aloud. It helps me sound natural and stay structured.
