This course gives non-technical stakeholders — Project Managers, Product Owners, and Consultants — a working understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, and how to apply that understanding in real project decisions: scoping, prioritizing, budgeting, and governing AI-enabled work. The goal is fluency: knowing what these systems can and cannot do, what questions to ask a data science team, how to spot risk early, and how to talk credibly about AI with executives, clients, and engineers alike
